Payment
Payment transactions are completed when you  book your massage appointment over the telephone. We accept Visa, Master Card, and PayPal. A gratuity may be left on your credit card, or given directly to your massage therapist.

Refunds
Refunds are not offered unless your massage therapist is a no show. We sincerely hope that this is never an issue. If there are ever any challanges with your massage, or your massage therapist, please inform us right away. We value our clients input, and feedback.

Lateness

We allow you a 10 minute grace period for your massage appointment. If you arrive at your location within 10 minutes of your appointment time, there will be no additional charges, or deductions of your massage time. If your arrival is beyond the 10 minute grace period, time will be deducted from your massage. (If you are not at your location within 15 minutes of your appointment time, the therapist will leave your location, and you will be charged in full for your appointment). We hope that this never happens.

Cancellation

If you cancel within 24 hours of your massage appointment, you will receive a refund. If you cancel with less then 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your massage appointment.

Referrals

For every three new clients that you refer to us, and book a massage appointment, you will receive $20.00 off of your next appointment. 

Gift Certificates

We gladly offer Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates may be purchased for any massage. They are a very unique way of showing someone how much you care. 

Right to Refuse

Although we hope this never happens, we reserve the right to refuse clients for any reason. 

Common things often Forgotten

During your massage we suggest that you turn all telephones off. Let others in your location know that you are receiving a massage, so as to avoid any interruptions. If you have animals, please put them in another room so you will not be distracted by them.
